What to have ready
- Your ID. We check that the car is yours: your license, plus the registration or insurance card once the door is open.
- Where you are. An address, parking lot or landmark, plus the car's make, model and color.
While you wait
Check every door and the trunk; one may be unlocked. If someone has a spare key and lives nearby, that can be the fastest fix. If not, we're on our way.

Usually, yes. Many cars have a trunk release inside the cabin, so once the door is open you can reach it. Tell us when you call.
I lost my keys. Can you make a new one?
Our service is opening the car when the keys are locked inside. For a lost or broken key, you will need your dealer or a car key specialist.
