No. A nail often slows the leak while it stays in. Pulling it out can let the tire go flat fast.

Can you repair a run-flat or a Tesla tire?
Tell us your car and tire when you call, and where the damage is. Some run-flat tires should not be repaired, especially after being driven without air, so check your owner's manual or the tire maker's advice.
Should I have the tire checked afterwards?
Yes. A tire shop can inspect the tire and confirm whether it is good for the long run or due for replacement.
