What our flat fix covers
- We drive to your car in Hackensack, Teaneck, Fort Lee, Montclair, Bloomfield, Kearny and the rest of our North Jersey service area.
- We jack up the car, remove the flat and mount your spare.
- You drive away on the spare and take the flat to a tire shop.
What we need from you
- A spare tire. Check your trunk floor or under the car. If your car has no spare, see our tire repair service: a nail or screw in the tread can often be repaired on the spot.
- Your wheel lock key, if your wheels have locks. It is usually in the glove box or with the jack. Lost it? We also do wheel lock removal.
While you wait
- Get the car as far off the road as you safely can and turn on your hazard lights.
- On a busy road, wait away from traffic, not between your car and the lane.

After the spare goes on
Many compact spares are only meant for short trips at reduced speed. Check the label on the spare or your owner's manual, and replace or repair the flat soon.

Can I drive on a flat tire?
Only as far as it takes to get safely off the road. Driving further can destroy the tire and bend the wheel, turning a cheap fix into an expensive one.

What if my spare is flat too?
Our tire change uses your own spare, so it has to hold air. Spares often sit for years and lose air, so check it if you can. If your flat has a nail or screw in the tread, a tire repair may work instead.
Do you sell or replace tires?
No. We put on your spare or repair a puncture in the tread. For a new tire, go to a tire shop.
Do you tow?
No. We fix what can be fixed on the spot. If your car cannot be driven, you will need a towing company.
